Throughout her life Chiara has been intuitively fascinated with the connection between the Cosmos and skincare, as she has always been a lover of nature with extremely fair skin. Her curiosity regarding humankind's relationship to the earthly natural and to the heavenly Cosmos was sparked even further when she had her first Astrology reading nearly a decade ago.

 

After a series of chronic traumatic events in her 40's, Chiara's nervous system gave way. This led to the onslaught of severe skin and health issues. Chiara found herself dislocated from her body, from nature and in turn from her connection with the Universe. She resorted to using off-the shelf products to treat undetected UV, chemical and radiation exposure which collapsed into a vicious cycle that further depleted her skin barrier. The culmination resulted in a multi-year period of crippling anxiety, isolation, curiosity and then discovery...

 

Chiara was able to reclaim regulation and equilibrium in all aspects of her life through the practice of unconditional self love which she found through her study and practice of Music, Eastern Philosophy, Indigenous Ritual, Quantum Physics, Biochemistry, Play in Nature and Astrology.  (A key text she read during this period consisted of "The Zodiac and the Salts of Salvation" by Carey and Perry, which later served as part of the inspiration for Cosmic Tonics).

 

She combined her studies and self-realizations with the research she collected while in France. Her specific focus was on health and nutrition; namely comparing the psychological, physiological and spiritual impact that the deficit in certain minerals has upon the human body, auric vitality and vibrational frequency. Comparing the cultures of France and the U.S., she began experimenting with homeopathic blends to address the issues she found, using only the highest quality of organic and natural ingredients from sustainable resources in the U.S. and in Europe.

 

Chiara came to the realization that the vitamins and minerals many ingest orally should be applied topically, as our skin is our largest absorbing organ. She also realized that our digestive systems (specifically in the U.S.) are severely compromised due to abnormally high levels of toxins in our water, food, medications, dental care, social media, social conditioning and unhealthy coping mechanisms to merely "survive" versus "thriving". She also realized the inverse i.e., that anything that we apply to our skin should be so pure that we should be able to orally ingest it, and with the same benefits.

 

Through her impassioned research and learnings, steeped in the spirit of co-manifestation with the Universe, Chiara birthed Cosmic Tonics, Inc. It is her healing contribution to the world's skincare via soul-care (and vice-versa).
